Dr. Sean Wilson

Founder

Dr. Sean Wilson, Ed.D., MBA, brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience across education, nonprofit management, public-sector entities, and business operations. He has led organizations with staff sizes between 60 and 5,000, managed substantial budgets and assets, and directed complex initiatives to improve organizational performance.

His expertise spans strategic planning, financial management, operational improvement, employee benefits, risk management, and leadership development. Dr. Wilson holds a Doctor of Education degree, a Master of Business Administration degree, and Louisiana licenses in Property and Casualty, Life, Health, and Accident insurance.

A United States Air Force veteran, he founded Manoah Consulting and Manoah Risk Advisors. He also serves as Executive Director of the Greater New Orleans Collaborative of Charter Schools, where he applies his leadership skills to advance educational collaboration and effectiveness.
